Magnetic Field Therapy for human and animals
Introduction/general information on magnetic
field therapy Modern magnetic
field therapy with pulsating magnetic fields has already been in use in various
medical disciplines for more than 30 years. Its success has been examined and
proven in more than 7500 medical studies so far. In the US, the
effectiveness of magnetic field therapy is recognized by the FDA. At the
beginning, mainly patients suffering from orthopedic disorders were treated
with the magnetic field therapy. In the meantime, the range of applications has
continuously been increased based on the past experience and intensive
research. For example, it is known today that there is hardly any disease in
which a supporting magnetic field therapy does not have a positive effect. In modern medicine, magnetic field therapy is becoming more and more important since it not only activates the self-healing power of the body and can be used in the treatment of many diseases as a result, but also because its circulation-stimulating effects constitute an excellent prevention and increase the performance. What is magnetic field therapy? The central point of
magnetic field therapy is the effect of magnetic fields on the cells and the
ion transport which takes place at the cell membranes. Magnetic fields penetrate
the organism completely, including the individual cells. Each cell normally has
an electric surface voltage of approx. 70 to 90 mV which is used for supporting
the sodium, potassium and calcium ion exchange. Healthy cells maintain the
potential difference of the cell membrane through an active transport of ions.
If, however, the electric potential is not present, the metabolism is
disordered. Consequences not
only include geriatric diseases. Constantly increasing factors acting on the
body, such as stress, lack of exercise, and environmental impact, which
contribute to an oxygen deficiency in the body and must be taken into
consideration when treating diseases, strain the consistency and are
detrimental to health. This is where
magnetic field therapy becomes important. Pulsating magnetic fields can excite
the transport of ions by influencing the electrical currents support a
normalization of the cell's membrane potential. As soon as the magnetic field is applied, the metabolism of the cell measurably increases. Additionally, general effects of the magnetic field therapy were found, including pain relief, a spasmolytic effect, an anti-inflammatory effect, better immunity, wellness and many more. Magnetic field therapy - the functional principle The application of
the Magnetovital® magnetic field therapy results in a
significantly improved blood circulation which leads to a better supply of the
body's cells with oxygen and nutrients and causes an increase of the ATP
synthesis at the mitochondria. In this process, the energy-rich ATP (life
energy) is generated from the low-energy ADP and AMP, reacting with oxygen and
energy carriers such as fats and carbohydrates. As a by-product, carbon dioxide
is formed in this process, among other things, and transported out of the cell
through the membrane. The ATP obtained is required to maintain vital processes
such as the stabilization and maintenance of the membrane potential.
The membrane ensures
a controlled cell metabolism and provides cellular communication paths. In the
case of a reduced ATP production in the cells, a disorder of the membrane
potential or the active transport mechanisms of the membrane occurs. Due to
this disorder, there is an accumulation of metabolism products within the cell. Due to the improved

magnetic fields. If we assume that
the metabolism in the body is linked to the exchange of positive and negative
ions, the metabolism between the cell's interior and its periphery can be
influenced by the magnetic field according to the principle of ion exchange.
This finding is all the more important since it is known that in a disordered
(i.e. ill) organism, the cellular metabolism, the cellular voltage and the
distribution depend on the supply with oxygen and other energetic charge

contribute to eliminate these disorders by way of a merely energetic influence,
moving the materials which can be influenced directly at the frequency of its

membrane voltage. 2. Improvement of the blood circulation due
to vasodilatation at the pre-capillary sphincters and, consequently, reduction
of the blood vessel resistance which results in an increased oxygen and
nutrient supply, improvement of the discharge of metabolism products,
de-toxication, removal of tensions, elimination of local acidosis, accelerated
healing of wounds. 3. Shift of the oxygen binding curve to the
right, resulting in an increased binding and utilization in the tissue.

Schütz, the cell division of bone-forming cells is supported, too. According to

osteoplasts. In 1996, Liu, Abbot and Bee published a study which shows that pulsed electromagnetic fields have an influence on the decomposition of these sulfur-containing protein combinations.
